Limited Replacement Warranty

REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

1. By placing an order on this website, a Buyer agreed to follow this Replacement Warranty (father "Warranty") policy. The description of the Warranty is available to read 24/7 and reachable at each page of this website.

2. Replacement warranty or manufacturer warranty is applied for the items (from a the original purchase date), installation of which was performed according to Canada Electrical Code and provincial electrical safety authority requirements, etc. What You Need to Know

4. During the warranty:

- Led Light Canada does not provide any labour or in-home services to replace a defective part or whole light fixture

- we recommend to you: before stated that item is not working (a part or whole light fixture which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship), please consult your licenced electrical contractor

- If an item is defective or damaged upon original receiving, the buyer must report the defect/damage item to the Seller within 14 days of receiving and get the Seller's address confirmation for Return 

- If the Buyer is confident that item is not working and is qualified for warranty requirement (see above), please Contact Us. After the Seller's address is confirmed, the Buyer may arrange shipment of the item (for Buyer's own cost) to us for replacement - according to Return and Refund Policy. After receiving your items and inspection of the item, we will contact you 

 5. A Buyer has to get and provide:

- a clear supposed detailed description of a failure, and

- clear pictures of the installation room/location and location of another lights in the room/area

6. If Shipping is FREE, it means in 1 way only - from the Seller to a Buyer. The Buyer may send (for his/her own cost) a defective item back to the Seller for the inspection and testing. After inspection:

- if the Seller find an item defective, the Buyer will be informed and an item will be send to the Buyer for the Seller's cost

- if the Seller find that item is working properly, the Buyer will be informed and the Buyer will be responsible to arrange a pre-paid shipping label for the Seller to return the item back to the Buyer.
