Agreement to Warranty
By placing an order on this website, the Buyer agrees to follow this Replacement Warranty ("Warranty") policy. The description of the Warranty is available 24/7 and is accessible on every page of this website. -
Warranty Coverage
Since electrical works are licenced in Canada, replacement or manufacturer warranty applies (from the original purchase date) for items with valid proof of installation, performed in accordance with the Provincial and Territorial Electrical Safety Requirements in Canada -
Limitation of Liability
LED Light Canada will not accept liability for more than the replacement product or sales price refund under any circumstances. -
Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, the Buyer must report it to the Seller within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier tracking number).

The Buyer must obtain the Seller's updated return address confirmation before sending the item back.

During the Warranty Period

Before claiming that an item is not working (whether a part or whole fixture fails due to defect in materials or workmanship), we recommend consulting a licensed electrical contractor.

LED Light Canada does not provide labour, installation, or in-home services for replacing defective parts or fixtures.

If the Buyer determines the item is defective and qualifies under warranty requirements, they must contact the Seller for confirmation - Contact Us.

After receiving the Seller’s confirmation, the Buyer may ship the item (at their own cost, in original packaging with all accessories) for replacement under the Return and Refund Policy.

Upon receipt and inspection, the Seller will contact the Buyer with the results.

Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer must provide the Seller with the following:-
A copy of the invoice/order

A detailed description of the failure, with photos

Clear photos of the installation location (room/area) showing all installed items

Photos of each item’s electrical connection

Photos of the items from all sides, showing no physical damage

Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies one way only—from the Seller to the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for shipping defective items to the Seller for inspection/testing.

After inspection:
-
If the item is found defective, the Seller will replace and ship it back at the Seller’s cost.

If the item is found to be working properly, the Buyer must provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the Seller to ship it back.
