REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

1. By placing an order on this website, a Buyer agrees to follow this Replacement Warranty ("Warranty") policy. The description of the Warranty is available to read 24/7 and is accessible on each page of this website.

2. Replacement warranty or manufacturer warranty is applied (from the original purchase date) for the items with a proof of installation documentation, which was performed according to the Canada Electrical Code and provincial/territorial electrical safety authority requirements, etc. What You Need to Know

Electrical products, installed by a person without a registered Electrical Licence or documentation of Acceptance from a provincial/territorial Electrical Safety Authority, will not be covered by this warranty.

3. LED Light Canada will not accept liability for more than the replacement product or sales price refund under any circumstances.

4. If an item is defective or damaged upon original receiving, the buyer must report the defective/damaged item to the Seller within 14 days of a receiving day (by a carrier Tracking number) and get the Seller's updated address confirmation for Return

4. During the warranty:

- We recommend you: before stating the item is not working (a part or whole light fixture which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship), please consult your local licensed electrical contractor

- Led Light Canada does not provide any labour or in-home services to replace a defective part or whole light fixture

- If the Buyer is confident that the item is not working and is qualified for the warranty requirement (see above) - Contact Us. After the Seller confirms the updated address, the Buyer may arrange for the shipment of the item (at the Buyer's own cost) to us for replacement, by the Return and Refund Policy. After receiving your items and inspecting them, we will contact you soon

 5. A Buyer has to find out and provide to the Seller:

- a clear, detailed description of a failure,

- clear pictures of the installation place/room and location of other lights in the room/area, and

- clear pictures of the items from all sides

6. If Shipping is FREE, it means in 1 way only - from the Seller to a Buyer. The Buyer may send (for his/her own cost) a defective item back to the Seller for inspection and testing. After inspection:

- If the Seller finds an item defective, the Buyer will be informed, and the item will be sent to the Buyer at the Seller's cost

- If the Seller finds that the item is working properly, the Buyer will be informed, and the Buyer will be responsible to arranging a pre-paid shipping label to return the working item from the Seller to the Buyer
