Return and Refund Policy
1. By placing an order on this website, a person/company agrees to follow all installation requirements of licensed electrical works in Canada with Canadian Electrical Code, all applicable Provincial and Territorial Electrical Safety Authority Requirements in Canada, and the policies of this website (which are open/available to read 24/7 at the bottom of each page) on this website
2. Already installed products are a subject of $0 refund - we do not accept back already installed items
3. COD (Collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
4. The buyer is responsible for careful opening, inspecting, and checking (not later than 5 calendar days after receiving, but before starting the installation):
- Received products and appropriate accessories (which are described in the listing on our website)
- The installation Instructions are provided with the products by the manufacturer. If they are missed, please ask the Seller immediately before installation, and they will be emailed to you ASAP
- If the package, products, or accessories are damaged (during shipping), defective, or missing, the buyer should report the description in his/her email to the seller immediately (but, not later than 5 calendar days after receiving)

If you received a damaged item, you have to report it in an email to the Seller (ASAP, but not later than 5 calendar days) and provide:
- clear short descriptions and the number of damages,
- clear pictures of damaged items and damaged packages - as a confirmation that you received damaged items
- The Buyer is responsible for returning the defective/damaged items to the Seller within 14 days of receipt, after getting the real Seller's address by email
5. A 30-day calendar return period (from the date of the original purchase till the day the Buyer ships the returned products with the Canpar regular ground Tracking Number to the Seller's confirmed address) applies only to:
- Uninstalled, undamaged, unused products without any damage or scratches

In original individual undamaged exterior package and interior bag with a full set of accessories (according to the listing description on our website)
- The buyer is responsible for safe and proper packaging (according to the carrier requirements) to avoid any damages during returns to the seller
6. Restocking fees 10% may apply as a deduction from the refund amount (we need to open, inspect, check, and test all products, all accessories, exterior package, and interior bag, and pack them back again according to the manufacturer's instructions to return products to the sale condition; shelving and provide matching computer restocking inventory)
7. Any returns are for the buyer's cost:
- If shipping is FREE, it means only from the Seller to a Buyer for the purchased ( not returned) products. If the Buyer returned products, the actual Seller's shipping expenses to the Buyer (according to the carrier's receipt from the seller to the buyer) will be deducted from the buyer's refund
8. You may return an unused/undamaged item only in original individual packaging (with an originally received unused Installation Fixtures, Installation Instruction, and unused Power Connectors (if applicable). Restocking fees may apply.
9. Replacement warranty or manufacturer warranty is applied for products with a proof of installation, which was performed only by a valid licensed electrician in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and all applicable Provincial and Territorial Electrical Safety Authority Requirements in Canada
10. After 30-day return period: If a Buyer states that products are defective and request warranty coverage, the invoice with the name and licence #, contact phone of the licensed electrician, needs to be provided to the Seller.
Notes:
- Please order small quantities of products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities
- You need to save original packaging, manuals, instructions, unused installation fixtures, etc., during the warranty period
- Upon receiving your order, you have to check received product(s) are functioning properly and not faulty, visually inspect the received products for damage, and contact the Seller (if not acceptable transportation damages or missed products were found) with your order number and a product description - not later than 7 calendar days after receiving. Any claim about missed or damaged products after 7 calendar days will not be considered or compensated
- Please ensure that products are tested before installation - we do not accept products for return after installation
- You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase and our return shipping address will be emailed to you. We do not mail physical labels
- Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all accessories, manuals, instructions, etc.
- Please ensure that all returned goods are packed safely and securely to avoid additional charges for damaged goods during shipping products to the seller
Policy on Returning Goods
All returned products will be inspected and tested thoroughly before any refund will be issued. The Seller will contact you if any issues with the return are found.
Refunds
- The transaction costs: 3% (of the order cost) from the seller to the buyer, + 3% (of the refund cost) from the buyer to the seller, will be deducted from the refund amount
- Missed/damaged packaging/accessories (according to the listing description on our website) will be for the Buyer's cost from the refund amount: $5 for each missed/damaged item (1 exterior package, 1 interior bag, 1 installation fixture, 1 power connector, plastic anchor, screw, etc.)
- The refund will be processed within 3 business days after receiving, inspection, and restocking of the items
