3. The Day of Package Arrival means a day when the package (with a Tracking Number) was delivered to the Buyer by a carrier

Shipping Method

7. Free Shipping (in Canada only) means:

- no cost for shipping from the Seller to a Buyer  - in 1 way only,

- a package will be send as Regular or Expedited parcel 

8. If you wants to use shipping/delivery service with a SignatureXpresspost, Priority,etc., the Buyer need to contact Seller before placing any order and ask Seller to include a shipping service in the order: the difference of the shipping cost (between Xpresspost or Priority minus Regular shipping cost). After payment of the order by the Buyer, Seller will use requested shipping services with Canada Post. This order will be in top handling priority.

If a Buyer was not asked Seller to include the Xpresspost, Priority, or Signature services with Canada Post, the Seller is provided the shipping of Buyer's orders by Regular or Expedited parcel services with Canada Post or Purolator Tracking Number to the Buyer's address.

9. After any order is handled and sent (during 24 hours, but not more than 2 business days) by Canada Post or Purolator, the Seller will fullfil the order in the website system and email message with a carier Tracking Number will be send to the Buyer's email.

10. If the Buyer didnot get an email message with a Tracking Number during 2 business days of the purchase time, the Buyer should immediatelly contact the Seller hereContact Us

11. The Buyer is responsible to monitor carrier Tracking Number and be available to get parcel by provided address in a day of delivery or contact local carrier office and pisk up the parcell ASAP:

12. If the shipping is parcel is with the Signature, and the Buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, usually carier may leave a Notice/Card of Buyer mail box and leave the Buyer's order at the Local post office. In this case the Buyer need to contact and pick up the order from the local carier office as a carrier provide a delivery just 1 (one) time according to their Policy

What is Progressive Shipment Cost?

We are using a principle of Progressive Shipment Cost from a carrier based on "More Buying - Less Paying for the Shipping of a Unit!" (just an example: if a shipment cost of 1 pack may be $18 ($18 per 1 unit), 2 packs - $21 (or $10.50 per unit, 4 pack - $24 (or $8 per unit) and 10 pack - $40 or $4 per unit), etc.

Damaged Products in Transit:

If you received a product that was damaged in transit, please let us know not later than 5 days after you received the package(s) (with Tracking numbers) and provide clear photo pictures of the damaged product(s).

If it’s one of our carriers, we will send you a replacement at no cost and handle the damage reporting with the carrier.

Unfortunately, if the product is damaged by your carrier, we can not provide replacements or submit claims on your behalf; however, we encourage you to submit a claim to your carrier for compensation.
